My CA Antivirus doesn’t work on Vista Ultimate 64
I have CA Security Center and the Real-time Protection cant seem to be turned on. Is says I have to restart for it to take effect and my enabling it never happens. What does that mean anyway? That I can put a flash drive with a virus in it and it wont know? Is this compatible software? Suggestions? Thanks.

Hi rasmasyean, The companies listed in the following webpage provide security software that is compatible with Windows Vista. http://www.microsoft.com/protect/viruses/vista/av.mspx For detailed information about how to use the CA product and confirm if the version of this product is compatible with Windows Vista, I suggest contacting CA manufacturer. The professionals there are better qualified to assist you. In addition, Ive included the following KB article for troubleshooting compatible issue: Advanced methods to troubleshoot a program that does not run as expected after it is installed on Windows Vista http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931362/ Hope the information is helpful.
